Weekly-Monthly Special
Our Chef de Cuisine creates new dishes on weekly and monthly basis to please our returning customers. First on the weekly menu is Crispy Soft-shell Crab coated in Salty & Spicy Dressing with Honey Mustard Sauce. Next is CCD 43, our twist of classic American food called corn dog. Fish and prawn batter and mozzarella fillings with house made tomato sauce. Third dish is Risotto alla Crio, creamy arborio rice, pan seared tiger prawn, caramelized scallop, truffle oil, and parmesan chips. The last one is Quinoa, fried rice style quinoa with bajak sauce (Javanese chilli sauce), house made pickles, and rump steak.
For monthly special we are serving Grilled Pork US Spareribs with a choice of house made gravy, BBQ, honey& chili sauce.
